Had Sean and Nicholas come over to fix a faucet that was twisted off, while they were here I asked if they could check my on suite shower head. In a couple hours I had both issues fixed. The two men did it all with smiles and not one complaint even with an extra job thrown at them. I would recommend these two men highly, and well use them for any future plumbing issues I have. From the first phone call, the team have been great. Super communicative about what’s going to happen along the journey of getting my electrical work completed. Further Mat was very professional and certainly knowledgeable about all facets with installing my overhead fan. He provided options with cost estimates attached. They replaced our electric panel and put up our ceiling fan. They did a great job. I had messed up and forgot to include the fan installation on my quote and they were great and got it done for me anyway. The techs Gary and Carson were very friendly and did a great job. Additionally when I was calling around to get quotes they were one pf the only companies that called back and got a quote out in a timely fashion. I would 10/10 recommend them again.

Greys electrical is awesome. Devon came out to our property on extremely bad roads and weather conditions to help us by checking the electrical to our hot tub and brought a space heater with him. He went above and beyond being on call after hours to make sure we were ok and to help us. My experience was great. Sean came and removed my old sink and tap and installed the new ones. He did a great job on that. Then he removed my old basement toilet and discovered he needed to replace the wood that was underneath. He went and picked up the right board and cut it to the right size. I had Gray Electric and Plumbing come to run a gas line as well as various electric jobs. Wade, Sean, and Tegan were efficient, professional and cleaned up before they left. I thought it would have taken awhile to get some of the jobs done and it took them next to no time. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it, it looks amazing and it all works! You receive a text prior to them coming so you know to expect them within the next 15 minutes and you know who is coming. Their communication is amazing and they have great customer service. Mat H came and fixed my bedrooms plugs. He was super fast and efficient with a very good work ethics and a smiley face while he was doing the fix. His customer service was top notch too.

I was very impressed overall with the service we received! I got a text confirmation of my appointment with the name of the electrician who would be coming. I got a couple text reminders before the appointment. And, I got a text letting me know that a different person would be coming, with his name and even a picture of him so that I knew who to expect at the door, followed immediately by a phone call from the new electrician to let me know he was 20 minutes out. I called this morning and luckily Gary was in the area and able to come to my home this morning. The original concern I called about was a simple one and so I asked him to have a look at the outlets in my addition. Half of the outlets quit working and we could not figure out why. Gary and the gentleman working with him today checked it out and at first it was a head scratcher but they investigated until they found the issue. They fixed it quickly and within an hour I had two problems solved. I am very happy, it was a great experience and I’m very satisfied with their services. Will definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with Gray Electric! I had a couple of buddies try and help me try and solve a problem with the receptacles for my living room. We all overlooked the issue but their electrician (I believe his name was Matt) came in and fixed it in no time! The electrician was very friendly to both my wife and I and I’d highly recommend.
